01 Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Growline Networks. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the service.

Important: This service involves financial participation. Please read these terms carefully before joining.

02 Eligibility & Account

Age Requirement

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.
  • By using this site, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with the company.

Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
  • You agree to notify us immediately via email if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Creating more than one account per individual is strictly prohibited and may lead to permanent suspension.

03 The Service & Earnings Disclaimer

Growline Networks provides a referral-based earning platform. We do not guarantee any specific level of earnings or income.

Not Employment

Use of our platform does not create an employer-employee relationship, agency, partnership, or joint venture between you and Growline Networks.

Income Variability

Your ability to earn depends entirely on your own efforts, network size, and activity level. We make no representations or warranties regarding potential earnings.

Platform Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service (including referral percentages or task rewards) at any time without prior notice.

04 Membership & Payments

Joining Fee

Access to the platform requires a one-time joining fee of $2 (approximately Rs. 500). This fee is non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Withdrawals

  • Withdrawal requests are processed according to our standard operating procedures.
  • Users must provide accurate payment details (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Bank Transfer, etc.).
  • We reserve the right to suspend withdrawals if fraud or suspicious activity is detected on an account.

Refunds

Due to the nature of digital access and instant delivery of services, all fees are non-refundable once your account is activated.

05 User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Use Bots or Automation: Using scripts, bots, or software to automate tasks, referrals, or clicks is strictly forbidden.
  • Fraudulent Referrals: Creating fake accounts to generate referral commissions for yourself (“self-referral”) is prohibited and will result in immediate banning.
  • Spam: Sending unsolicited messages or emails (spam) to promote your referral link.
  • Illegal Acts: Using the platform for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including Pakistan’s cybercrime laws).
Zero Tolerance: Accounts found engaging in click-farming, fake accounts, or payment fraud will be permanently terminated without warning.

06 Intellectual Property

All content included on the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Growline Networks or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

You may not modify, reproduce, or distribute our content without express written permission.

07 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Growline Networks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

09 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
